1. Who we are

FitFind Pro ("we", "us", "our") is a Dubai-based verified coaching marketplace, currently in a pre-launch / founding-member phase. This policy covers our website at fitfindpro.com and the waitlist, trainer-application, survey, and concierge-booking forms on it.

2. What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us through our forms, plus standard analytics:

• Contact details — your name, email address, and WhatsApp/phone number.
• Trainer applications — professional details you submit (experience, certifications, specialty, rates, and your written answers).
• Bookings — the coach, plan, day, time, and location you request.
• Survey answers — the responses you provide to help shape the product.
• Usage data — basic analytics (pages viewed, device/browser type, and referral source) collected via cookies and similar technologies.

3. Why we use it

• To add you to the founding waitlist and send you a welcome and launch updates.
• To review trainer applications and arrange verification calls.
• To confirm and coordinate concierge booking requests (we contact you by email and WhatsApp).
• To understand demand and improve what we build, using your survey answers and aggregate analytics.

We rely on your consent (given when you submit a form and agree to be contacted) and our legitimate interest in operating and improving the service.

4. Service providers we share data with

We don't sell your data. We share it only with the providers that run our service:

• Cloudflare — hosting, our form-processing worker, and our database (where your submissions are stored).
• Resend — to send you transactional and waitlist emails.
• Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook) Pixel — to measure traffic and ad performance.

These providers may process data outside the UAE. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is handled securely.

5. Cookies & tracking

We use cookies and pixels from Google Analytics and Meta to measure how people find and use the site. You can block cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics via the Google opt-out add-on. Blocking them won't break the site.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as you're on the waitlist or in our founding program, and until you ask us to delete them. You can opt out of emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to stop contacting you. Just email hello@fitfindpro.com and we'll action it. We aim to handle requests in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

8. Children

Our forms are for adults (18+). Where coaching involves children, the booking and account are made and managed by a parent or guardian.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the product grows. The "last updated" date above will always reflect the current version.
