1. Who we are

FitFind Pro ("we", "us") is a Dubai-based verified coaching marketplace operating in a founding / pre-launch phase from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact: hello@fitfindpro.com.

2. What the site does today

Right now, the site lets you:

• Join our founding-member waitlist.
• Apply to become a founding trainer.
• Submit a survey to help shape the product.
• Send a concierge booking request for a verified coach.

A booking request is a request, not a confirmed session. Our team contacts you (by email and WhatsApp) to confirm availability before anything is locked in.

3. Payments

During this phase, no payment is taken through the website. If you proceed with a session after we confirm it, payment is arranged directly as we describe to you at the time. Founding-member benefits (such as 0% platform fee on your first sessions, or founding rates) are promotional offers that apply on the terms communicated to you and may be subject to availability and our verification process.

4. Verification of trainers

We verify founding trainers through a human review that includes certification, insurance, and reference checks. Applying does not guarantee acceptance — founding spots are filled on fit. We may decline or remove any trainer at our discretion.

5. Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information when you submit a form.
• Use the site lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt, spam, or misuse it.
• If you book coaching for a child, do so as the parent or guardian.
• Train responsibly — consult a doctor before starting a new fitness program if you have any health concerns.

6. Coaching is between you and the coach

FitFind Pro introduces and helps coordinate verified coaches. The coaching service itself is delivered by the coach. We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from a session, beyond what the law requires. You take part in physical activity at your own risk.

7. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" during this early phase. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and content (including illustrative coach profiles) may change.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, FitFind Pro is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product develops. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the site means you accept the latest version.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
